Kim is a professional and experienced teacher that really cares and understands her students. This makes a huge impact on the high quality of the lesson experience. She invests in various resources to aid learning such as toy car models and whiteboard scenarios which really helped me to visualise what I needed to learn. Also, importantly, she is very honest and respectful.
I always enjoyed our lessons and passed my practical test first time!

I'm a returning learner, and after a 12 year break I started working with Kim during this Summer.
Kim's a great teacher, who is knowledgeable and was very understanding of my anxiety returning back to the roads. She offers feedback both during and after the session via the Total Drive app.
The driving time is tailored towards passing the test, but she also pushes you to take further, real-world challenges at whatever pace you are comfortable with. While other driving instructors had taught me inefficient or "hacky" approaches to junctions, or merging, or manoeuvres - Kim taught me to actually drive.
I'd highly recommend Kim - thanks for helping me get the pass (finally)!

Kim is an outstanding instructor. She's professional, calm, level-headed, organised, respectful, and effective. She makes sure to explain things until you've understood and feel like you've properly absorbed the information. I had pretty bad nerves which affected my driving and she made sure to find ways to help me cope with that. She's encouraging and supportive. She's a diligent instructor and really makes sure you can perform your best. She cares about her students - you feel she wants you to succeed as much you want to! She always has a lesson plan and goes about teaching in a very strategic way. I would definitely highly recommend to others!
